The FoilStar is 100% made in the EU and is the consistently next step in the evolution of the StreetStar4, based on our 2017 patent for "one-handed control for Single-skin kites".
What makes the FoilStar stand out?
-the FS has a 3.0 aspect ratio, excellent upwind performance, and is ideally suited for downwind foiling and street kiting.
-ergonomically shaped BOW bar makes it easier to position the hands for presetting the traction of the FoilStar.
- the BOW bar is covered with non-slip foam and is buoyant; it records line galleries A1, A2, B and C linen separately.
- FS has an effective depower function and can be easily retracted via the A1 gallery during flight.
- the lighter sailcloth is coated on both sides with polyurethane and is therefore also saltwater repellent.
- FoilStar has no additional profile ribs on the sailcloth, which minimizes weight and prevents unnecessary water wetting.
BOW bar and a soft bag are included in the scope of delivery for the FoilStar.
The usable wind range depends on:
- your own body weight,
- underground and board model when street kiting,
- size of the board with hydrofoil,
- your own kite experience
It is recommended to choose a higher wind range during the learning phase: 3.0 FoilStar approx. 14-28 kn
